How I work
Scope before code
What is in the batch, what is not, and why. Every decision carries its date and its reason, in a document that lives with the project.
Batches that finish
A batch has a start, an end and an acceptance criterion. What overflows opens a new batch, what drags on gets cut.
What ships is measured
A guard that bites on nothing proves nothing. Every promise the product makes is held by a test that fails when it stops being true.
