The four packages

01

Protect your name

from €350

You have a name. Nothing says it is available, and nothing protects it today.

Included

  • A search of the French and European trade mark registers for earlier marks, covering your name and its close variants, with the results dated and archived
  • Choice of classes and wording of the list of goods and services, term by term: one class too many costs money, one missing term leaves a whole product unprotected
  • Full preparation of the application, right up to the summary you check before signing
  • Support during the filing session, by screen share
  • A follow-up sheet written for you: calendar of deadlines, what you must do and when, how to keep proof of use, and a warning about the bogus registers that approach you after every filing

Not included

  • The fees charged by INPI, the French trade mark office, and paid by you directly: €190 for one class and €40 for each additional class, at the September 2026 rate
  • Acting as your representative. I assist you, you decide and you sign
  • Responding to an opposition or a dispute, which is a matter for a trade mark attorney or a solicitor
  • An exhaustive search for similar marks, which is a matter for a specialist firm

What you get

Complete application, filing done, national number obtained, deadlines entered in your diary, follow-up sheet handed over.

Already done

A trade mark filed and paid for in September 2026, three classes and twenty-two terms. Three mistakes caught before payment, including a missing term that left an entire product line with no protection at all, and would have cost €104 to put right afterwards.

Set up your online presence

from €400

You have no online presence, or a poor one, and your name is still unclaimed on social media.

Included

  • A brochure site built from your own content: clean, fast, with no unnecessary add-ons
  • Going live, domain name connected, security certificate in place, display checked on phone, tablet and computer rather than assumed
  • Reserving your name on social media: availability checked platform by platform, accounts created in the order dictated by the technical prerequisites, a fallback ready if the name is already taken
  • Documentation handed over, written for you: how to update, what not to touch, what to do if something goes wrong

Not included

  • By default, creating the accounts: you create them and you keep your passwords. At your written request, I can manage a dedicated technical account, an email address on your domain for instance, when you cannot pick up a verification code yourself. Never a personal account
  • Running your social media. This package reserves and sets up, it does not post
  • An online shop and payments, which are a different trade with different obligations
  • The text and the photos, which come from you. I lay them out, I do not make them up
  • The domain name and hosting, paid for by you

What you get

Site live at your own web address, accounts reserved in your name and under your control, documentation handed over.

Prepare to manufacture

from €300

You want to have something made. Before you pay anything, you need to know who will make it, what it will really cost, what obligations come with it, and whether the numbers add up.

Included

  • A search for French and European suppliers, with the source, the date of the check and the terms noted for each one. Anything unverified is marked as unverified
  • A request for quotation ready to send: specification, selection criteria in order of priority, comparison grid for the replies
  • Compliance review: what European regulations require of your product, and above all in what capacity. Selling an item under your own name can make you a manufacturer rather than a reseller, and the obligations are then no longer the same
  • A costed business model: cost price, margin per product, money at risk before the first sale, and how many units you need to sell for the plan to hold
  • Criteria for rejecting a sample, written before it is ordered. A criterion written after it arrives serves to justify a bad prototype you like the look of

Not included

  • Sending out the requests for quotation and negotiating, which stay with you. The documents are ready, the supplier relationship is yours
  • Laboratory testing, signed declarations of conformity and regulatory technical files. I identify what is required of you, I do not stand in for an official body
  • Graphic design and production files

What you get

Supplier report with sources and dates, request for quotation ready to send, compliance review, business model, rejection criteria grid.

Find where to sell

from €250

You make things, but you do not know where to sell them. Markets, fairs and shows exist, they are announced publicly, and nobody brings them together in one place.

Included

  • Events in your field pulled from the official public databases, within the geographical area you choose
  • Filtering and qualification: only the events relevant to what you sell are kept, with the sorting calibrated against reference cases decided in advance
  • A usable directory, one line per opportunity: name, town, département, start and end dates, frequency, contacts, listing body
  • Every line cites its source. You can check any entry without having to take my word for it

Not included

  • Registration. The directory tells you where and when; the application, the paperwork and the pitch fee stay with you
  • Approaching organisers and putting you in touch with them. I do not speak to any organiser
  • Completeness. Coverage depends on what the listing bodies publish: an event listed nowhere will not appear
  • Activities that do not sell in person at events: no remote services, no sales to businesses, no online-only sales
  • Updates. A directory goes out of date as the dates pass: a refresh is ordered separately

What you get

A spreadsheet, one line per opportunity, with its dates and contacts, and the source of every entry.

564,738 lines of raw public data reduced to 64 qualified opportunities in the arts and crafts category, with dates, towns, contacts and listing body. Three successive test runs were used to calibrate the sorting before its output was trusted.

What never changes

  • I never enter a card number on your behalf. Your passwords stay yours, with the single exception of a dedicated technical account you entrust to me in writing
  • You decide and you sign. I prepare, I document and I assist you: this is help with administration and paperwork, not legal advice
  • Anything unverified is written as unverified. I do not fill a gap with an estimate
  • Anything excluded from a package is written down before you pay, not discovered along the way

Review your dossier with a critical eye

A dossier that already exists, read to find the contradictions and the figures that do not hold, before someone else finds them for you.

Put your files and papers in order

Your files, invoices, photos and contracts sorted and named so they can be found again.

Billed by volume and never as a flat fee, because its cost grows with the number of files.

Send your posts out on time

Like a letter posted the night before, your posts go out on their own, right on time. You write, I proofread. I prepare the series: image in the right format, caption, a description for anyone who cannot see the picture, short videos cut from what you film. Everything is scheduled on Instagram and Facebook, through Meta's free tool, or on Discord. Nothing goes out without your approval. Your accounts stay yours. No machine writes for you.

No price shown, because everything depends on the pace: two posts a week or one a day is not the same job.
